Educational Qualification: 8th class / equivalent pass and experience.

          1. Copy of 8th class / equivalent pass certificate.

          2. National Identity Card / Birth Registration Certificate / Attested Certificate of Citizenship (by
             the Chairman of the Union Parishad / Municipality / Ward Commissioner).

          3. Newly taken passport size photo (3 copies).

          4. Certificate of previous work experience.
